Rockwood, - Located in Rockwood – 15 minutes from Guelph, Acton and Erin. Owned and managed since 1997 with a professional Forester in the family.Cut-Your-Own: Pine, Spruce and Fir up to 10 ft. Saws and sleds available to use. No chainsaws please.Pre-Cut: Ontario-grown Fraser Fir, Balsam Fir, Fraser Fir and Pine. (Some up to 12 ft). Fraser-mix Wreaths in 2 sizes. Well-behaved family dogs allowed but must be on leash at all times. Take a scenic walk through our cedar bush over the wooden foot bridge. (Cut-Your-Own ends at dusk -4:30 PM). Open for the season beginning the last weekend in November. Hours: Friday 2-5 pm; Saturday and Sunday 10 to 5 pm. Other times: please call ahead. Directions from Guelph –Take Eramosa Rd and continue on Wellington 124 northeast toward Erin. Turn right (south) at the Brucedale intersection traffic light (Esso Station on left) onto Wellington Rd 27. We are the second place on the left. From Toronto area- 45 minutes away. Go west on the 401 to Milton. Exit at Hwy 25 and turn north towards Acton. Follow Hwy 7 through Acton, west into Rockwood. Go straight (north) onto Wellington Rd 27, pass the Fire and OPP stations, and drive another few minutes. Madeira Farms is on the right at 5369 Wellington Rd 27.
