Homemade Play Dough

An inexpensive, homemade craft material kids will enjoy... 2 cups flour 1/2 cup salt 1 tablespoon cream of tartar 2 cups water 2 tablespoons oil 1 package koolaid (or several drops of food colouring and flavouring) In the top of a double boiler, mix together flour, salt and cream of tartar and stir together to mix well. Add water, oil and koolaid. Cook on top of double boiler until smooth or until you give up stirring! Allow mixture to cool and then knead to a smooth uniform consistency and colour. Package in airtight containers.
